Metro Maintenance opened its doors in Rocky Mount in 1986, and we have operated from the same Eastern North Carolina market ever since. What started as a service company has grown into a full multi-trade contractor serving residential and commercial customers across 16 cities in the region. Our headquarters sits at 1175 Jeffreys Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, in Benvenue Plaza, and our technicians run routes from there out to the surrounding Nash, Edgecombe, Wilson, and Halifax County communities every business day.

The idea behind the company has stayed the same since the start: be the team that can do it all. When the air conditioner quits in July, the water heater leaks in February, or a breaker panel keeps tripping, most homeowners end up calling three different companies. Metro Maintenance answers all three calls. Heating, cooling, plumbing, drains, water heaters, and electrical work come from one local company that warranties the work it performs.
