  2. Plan members move to the front. Active Maintenance Plan members get priority scheduling over non-members on same-day slots. That is one of the things you pay for when you join.
  3. Window estimate, not a guess. We give you a realistic arrival window based on the current route. We will call before we head over.
  4. Diagnose, then quote. Our technician inspects the system, identifies the problem, and presents an upfront price before any repair work begins.
  5. If it cannot be fixed today. If we are waiting on a part or the job needs daylight, we book the next available morning and, where possible, get the system limping until we can return.

What if my AC fails on a hot afternoon?

Call us right away. Same-day slots get harder to find as the day progresses, but we will do what we can. If we genuinely cannot reach you before close of business, we book the first available appointment the next morning.

What counts as urgent?

No cooling on a hot day, no heat in winter, an active plumbing leak you cannot stop, no hot water, a sewer backup at multiple fixtures, or any electrical issue with heat, smoke, sparks, or a burning odor. If you smell gas, leave the house first and call your gas utility from outside, then call us.

What should I do until you arrive?

For leaks, shut off the water supply at the fixture or main valve. For electrical hazards, switch off the affected breaker. For no cooling, close blinds and stay in the lowest-floor room. For no heat, close off unused rooms to conserve warmth. Our dispatcher will walk you through it on the phone.
